In just a few years of its life, has obtained important recognitions and a rapid worldwide diffusion, thanks also to a careful attention to naturalness and quality.
In 2019 we wanted to certify this quality which has always been our point of reference and in particular we have obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 22000 certifications:
UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
The acronym ISO 9001 is made up of a series of standards that define the requirements of a quality management system for an organization starting from the definition of the requirements, expressed and not, of customers and arriving to the monitoring of the entire path / production process. This means that the customer and his satisfaction are at the heart of ISO 9001; every activity, application and monitoring of the activities/processes is in fact aimed at determining the maximum satisfaction of the end user.
UNI EN ISO 22000:2015
UNI EN ISO 22000 concerns food safety management systems ~ Requirements for any organisation in the food chain and is a standard applied on a voluntary basis by operators in the sector.
The standard is based on the HACCP principles defined by the Codex Alimentarius, and is aligned with the previous ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. It can be adopted by all operators in the food chain. Every single link in the production chain is responsible for the application of the standard. Although it is not mandatory, this standard acts as a reference point for operators for the application of Community regulations on hygiene and food safety.
The Italian and Sicilian Beer from Semedorato tends to use in the production cycle raw materials produced in Italy and the EU, and therefore processed according to EU regulations.
The key point of the Semedorato is the quality, the raw materials are chosen with meticulous care and analyzed constantly to ensure a healthy and genuine product.
